philosophy of simplicity may be applied
to the rituals of cooking, eating and living.
The book contains a collection of 240
recipes, set alongside examination of
the contexts in which food is prepared
and enjoyed, from the architecture of
the kitchen to the design of saucepans
and cutlery.
