The origins of this collection of objects lie in a new Cistercian
monastery in Bohemia designed by John Pawson and the idea of creating
a set of essential equipment for the monks’ refectory.
Each
implement or vessel is designed for the best possible experience in use
– for visual delight, to feel good in the hand and to be ideally fit
for purpose.
